Spam - without any cause

I am amazed by the volume of spam emails reaching my Inbox lately. I employ multi-level spam filtering. First, procmail is configured on my university mail account and then the filtered mails are forward to gmail for a second level of filtering. All said, I see sucessful Spam emails with totally garbled nonsensical messages with no referral URL penetrating these filters as the one given below.
